What data we receive and why
This website is informational: it has no forms or user accounts and does not ask for your data. When you decide to book, you do it through one of these channels:
- WhatsApp: we receive your name, your number and what you write to us. We use it to give you information, book your appointment and follow up.
- Fresha (our booking platform): we receive the details you enter there to confirm and manage your appointment. Fresha has its own privacy notice.
- During your session: to assess your treatment we may ask about your health, injuries, allergies or pregnancy, only to take care of you during the service.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with the providers that help us serve you (messaging and bookings) or when required by law.
Cookies and third-party services on this site
This website uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google tools to measure visits and the performance of our ads; those tools may use cookies. The map in the “Visit us” section is loaded by Google Maps and the WhatsApp button is loaded by tochat.be; both may use their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), and withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp or call us at 55 5962 8330 with your name and request, and we will reply through the same channel.
